Hi again Luci! This is to me very controversial, it would require a total change of what I now "know" about food, but I think it is very positive, it may need to be said. I like what's controversial in general. But, I have a question about making Fish in the oven, as this is said to be a specifically risky food to eat, if it's not "properly cooked". It makes me wonder if I still can cook my fish in the oven with such low temperatures as 225 degrees farenheit and still feel safe?
