Also, he didn't "spank" them, the Viper hung at his bumper, not exactly a spanking. Even if that is a Cobra the 1999 Mustang Cobra only had 325hp and high 13s/low 14 second quarters. And simply because of the fact that, it is still the car they drive every day to work an such so they still want it to be somewhat reliable. And I guarantee yoy that GTI VR6 can run faster than a 14.78. | nickv11763 ::: Favorites 2007-05-23 17:13:49 the cts-v from 04 pulls 13.4 in the 1/4 mile stock remember this is a heavy ass 4 door car so give it it's respect plus facing that VR6 from a roll is best for the vr6 seeing as it has a slow 0-60 of 6.7-7sec's but a fast 1/4 mile of 14.78-15sec's plus it's turbo'd and who do you know only turbo's a car he most likely has alot done to it __________________________________________________ | |

First the CTS-v weighs in about 500 lbs heavier than the vette. second it's still a luxury car, so therefore it's going to be ratioed more for luxury than it is for speed. It's not going to be the exact same as the ZO6. That and it has the same problem the Veyron(Bugatti's supercar.) has, it's not aerodynamic, when it gets up to speed it's gonna hit that air like hitting a gigantic wall. It won't beat that VR6 but the ZO6 will because of 2 factors, weight and aerodynamics __________________________________________________ | |
| philbrownell05 ::: Favorites 2007-05-23 00:09:24 Dude that mustang is a Cobra, look at the hood, a GT has a hood scoop sticking up and facing the way your going, the cobra has two nostrils that start towards the windshield and run towards the front of the car. that and you can see on the side of the car, the emblem isn't wide enough to be a GT emblem.
