Description: On night 1 of the 2007 TBN Revival Praise-a-thon (April 8-13), T.D. Jakes twisted Old Testament scripture. To entice people to give any money they had left to TBN. He claimed that they needed to move while the "anointing" was moving. And giving TBN money could save their marriage, help their child, give them back all that they lost, birth what they dreamed to birth, have what they dreamed to have, save their business and so on. You name it, he was telling you to hit the phones right then and there and all would change. This time Jakes abused 2 Kings 6:1-7. Read Titus 1:5-11.

AReasonToPraise ::: Favorites It was because of TBN in 1995 that I first saw Bishop T. d. Jakes walking across a pulpit preaching, and I was arrested by the Holy Ghost. So you are correct but call it "Pimping People Into the Kingdom of God." We should keep silent and live and listen until we gain enough knowledge before speaking ills. Millions have turned to Christ even in places like Iraq, Afghanistan and Iran through the TBN. You wont go to Iraq to preach, would you? But through Christian TV folks there are turning to Christ.
