SmiertSpionem ::: Favorites 2007-12-05 15:25:07 What are the good ones? __________________________________________________
kratzenbourg ::: Favorites 2007-12-05 15:00:16 A few, but they're heavily outweighed by the bad ones. __________________________________________________
SmiertSpionem ::: Favorites 2007-12-05 14:58:36 Ah, don't say it like that. Are there no good memories? __________________________________________________
kratzenbourg ::: Favorites 2007-12-05 14:48:00 He died a few years ago, after I told him to drop dead. __________________________________________________
kratzenbourg ::: Favorites 2007-12-05 14:44:57 Well I'm not... __________________________________________________
SmiertSpionem ::: Favorites 2007-12-04 19:25:47 I only do it occasionally now, and each project takes at least two weeks done properly. The trick is to do 3 at once (not at the same time), but keep switching between them so as not to get frustrated! __________________________________________________
SmiertSpionem ::: Favorites 2007-12-04 19:24:38 I can't enjoy a model that I don't make myself! __________________________________________________
KurtGnu ::: Favorites 2007-12-04 13:25:40 Smiert.. Your mixing Revell and Humbrol?? I found that not to work too well.. but if it works for you, please let me know how YOU did it.. :) __________________________________________________
KurtGnu ::: Favorites 2007-12-04 13:21:46 Personally I do mine in the evening.. when I'm not on YouTube.. or else in the middle of the night, when I'm off work, but not sleeping.. :) __________________________________________________
penjo ::: Favorites 2007-12-04 13:17:22 I have started collecting static models though. Picked up a T-34/76 pretty cheap (a Chinese company, I will avoid chewing it) and pretty accurate for the price. My other problem is space though. Sigh. __________________________________________________
penjo ::: Favorites 2007-12-04 13:15:52 How do you gents find time for making models? I was talking to my boss, also a history nerd, and we agreed that it's a hobby for high school kids or retired folk, I fit neither category. __________________________________________________
SmiertSpionem ::: Favorites 2007-12-04 12:10:21 I'm mixing 76 and 30 for the green. Still contemplating the underside. __________________________________________________
KurtGnu ::: Favorites 2007-12-04 11:32:07 Kratzen.. regardless of circumstances, sorry to hear about your father.. :I __________________________________________________
KurtGnu ::: Favorites 2007-12-04 11:31:29 Yes, by the way.. Thank you for all the videos you've sent me of late! I normally reply on your comments in those videos, but found none.. so I'm replying here instead.. :) __________________________________________________
KurtGnu ::: Favorites 2007-12-04 11:29:36 Smiert.. I can't really help you, much as I'd love to.. I just use the Revell 76 for anything grey.. :) It doubles up nicely for the Swedish Air Force as well, as if varnished gloss, it turns a very pale shade of blue, that even impress the Chairman of the Colchester club, who's a stickler for acccuracy! And a Swedish Air Force SIG-member.. :D __________________________________________________ |
