jthomp3120 ::: Favorites fuck that. Everyone one of my friends in Iraq, just want to come home. 07-07-12 15:44:17 _____________________________________________________
Dreadmore ::: Favorites yeah but your friends are all jihadies. Tell them to throw down their weapons denounce the path of the terrorist mohammad and leave while they can 07-08-20 18:57:45 _____________________________________________________
joealencar ::: Favorites In the contrary, most soldiers over there are deeply aggravated towards the America anti-war civilian. I also don't blame them; the average American citizen goes on with their day without caring about what's happening in Iraq. But when they do tune in, they hear all these things the media says to get more ratings, and let them conclude their opinions for them. 07-06-09 00:34:24 _____________________________________________________
henryvane ::: Favorites OK, then I don't support the troops. That was easy. 07-06-05 01:33:21 _____________________________________________________

zantha2 ::: Favorites oh and by the way real infantry doesent have time to watch tv its go out to sector on patroll come back sleep go back out maby miss some sleep to call home at the phone trailer 07-06-02 01:14:33 _____________________________________________________
bottomlineupfront ::: Favorites First, I cannot give anyone a pay raise. Troops in theater get a LOT more money than ones not in combat. As for your "the poor have no choice but to enlist", click on bottomlineupfront and go to my blog...I have an entry (in archives about 2 weeks ago) about the recruitment numbers. The DOD evaluated the troops and the report shows that poor areas are UNDER REPRESENTED in the military and that the majority of troops come from middle to upper middle class homes. Nice try, though. 07-06-02 00:35:51 _____________________________________________________
zantha2 ::: Favorites i know you give the pay raise but as an army wife you must know that the pay sucks and that after a while soldiers just start hateing all iraqies 2 weeks in i smiled at a woman then she spit in my face its not fun 07-06-02 01:12:02 _____________________________________________________
zantha2 ::: Favorites i'm just saying i dont want my friends what i saw and still see as bothers dying anymore and if thats hartless and un supotive or american then fine if i can stop hearing that ill never see this friend or that roomate ever again ill be that guy cuz in the end i dont care what happens in or to iraq as long as no more soldiers die 07-06-02 01:12:18 _____________________________________________________
bottomlineupfront ::: Favorites Don't enlist; do go. No harm done in that, but don't troops have the freedom of choice? If they want to finish the mission, why shouldn't they? The current Iraq policy has been US policy since 1990. 07-06-01 23:16:10 _____________________________________________________
zantha2 ::: Favorites when you enlist comming from a poor area to try and get somwhere in life after that you have no chioce and no rights and yes i was in 10th mtn 2-14 inf and the few who did beleave lost that after 13 months their but their are repercustions too saying this while your still inand thats why no soldier will ever say it while still in because do you have any idea what they can make your life like if you do 07-06-01 23:21:51 _____________________________________________________
zantha2 ::: Favorites oh and by the way if you realy want to suport them get them a pay raise they deserve it and are under paid dont get them killed 07-06-01 23:24:22 _____________________________________________________
bottomlineupfront ::: Favorites zantha, the military isn't for everyone. I have no idea if you're telling the truth, although I sort of doubt you are, but most soldiers do believe in the mission. Again, I refer not only to 100% reenlistment and recruitment rates in every branch (Marines were 141%!), but my personal experience is juist different. We've served with 82nd ABN, 101st ABN, 4th ID... morale for the war effort in those units are extremly high. It's just a fact. 07-06-01 23:15:50 _____________________________________________________
zantha2 ::: Favorites i was in the army and got out because i went to iraq and watched my friends die in a war we didnt beleave in and soldiers who arnt fobits dont get time to watch new and fobits dont do shit any ways 07-06-01 23:07:33 _____________________________________________________
robeco7 ::: Favorites I am going to have to call BS on this lie. After 20 years in the Army, I have yet to come across any soldier that couldnt spell "believe". Your IQ isn't high enough to even get in. bottomlineupfront, I am a old Black Hat from Benning but spent some time at Bragg, mostly in the 325. When was you there? 07-06-26 05:27:26 _____________________________________________________
bottomlineupfront ::: Favorites abathey, we live the military life and have for 14 years. The overwhelming majority support the mission, not just the 3 interviewed. Visit my blog at amyproctor DOT squarespace DOT com ..... I have dozens of accounts that buttress the fact that troops believe in the mission and want to complete it. We want to be there. And it IS the right thing to do. 07-06-01 22:44:33 _____________________________________________________
bottomlineupfront ::: Favorites Ah, so soldiers are liars now are they? My husband is active duty, been to Iraq for a year and we totally support the mission because we know what's at stake and what's going on on the ground. Recruitment and reenlistment rates for April 2007 in every active duty branch exceeded 100%! Why is that? At least you're honest, Lungyao. We already know who supports us and who doesn't but it's refreshing to have a little honesty on the Left. 07-06-01 22:41:16 _____________________________________________________
Lungyao1 ::: Favorites If that is the case, then I DON'T support the troops! What am I supposed to be scared because a soldier says I can't support them and not support the war? Right is right and wrong is wrong. GET OUT OF IRAQ! 07-06-01 22:38:15 _____________________________________________________
abathey ::: Favorites Honestly, what else are they going to say? Just because they don't want to beleive what they're doing over there is for nothing, doesn't make it any less true. And to note, this story only interviewed three men, I would not let that alone stand as the majority view of the enlisted soldiers who are dying over there. 07-06-01 22:31:52 _____________________________________________________ |
